Flynn's Kitchen is an artisan food business devoted to producing excellent food from excellent produce, locally sourced, top quality and almost completely organic or chemical-free.

As well as producing an exquisite range of patés, jams, chutneys, preserves and relishes, we also produce fresh, ready-to-serve meals that offer all the benefits of a beautifully home-cooked meal at those times when you just can't do it yourself.

You can purchase Flynn's Kitchen produce at our Farmer's Market Stall (Kinsale, on Tuesday; Bandon, on Saturday; and Blackrock, on Sunday). Farmer¹s Markets have been a vital part of the development of the business, allowing us to build up a vital network of suppliers of the finest, freshest, locally sourced ingredients available while also providing feedback directly from the loyal and regular customers who keep returning week after week.

We are also available to cook for you in person! Faced with the prospect of catering for a large gathering ­ a christening, communion, birthday or anniversary, for example ­remove all the stress and strain of doing it yourself by having Flynn's Kitchen do the cooking for you. We will provide you with a variety of options (hot/cold buffet, barbecue, fingerfood and so on), costings and menus.

The Flynn in the kitchen is Iain Flynn, from Cappoquin, Co Waterford. Iain studied economics at UCD and graduated in 1998. But after working for a number of years, he found himself passing more time mulling over mother¹s brown bread than John Maynard Keynes. He retrained as a chef and worked in Acton's Hotel, Kinsale, Co Cork, for four years before establishing his own highly successful gourmet food business, Flynn¹s Kitchen, in 2007.
