Gan Gluten is a small bakery making homemade gluten and wheat free confectionery and breads. We use the best ingredients available, including free range eggs.  The products are preservative free. We use ground almond in most of our confectionery, therefore they are NOT suitable for people with nut allergies.

Our products are very traditional and our bread is handmade. We also make cakes for parties and small weddings – up to 40 people.

Breads are available Thurs/Fri/Sat only at the moment.
