Our products are made in Cork from Italian people using Italian products that are supplied in Ireland. We use products such as apples, meat, potatoes, which are sourced locally and are strictly Irish. It is an Irish/Italian combination that turns our food into a unique experience.

Alex Moroni, the owner, is born and reared in Rome, Italy and his family has been in the food business for generations. He moved to Ireland in 1999 and worked in renowned restaurants such as the Blue Haven Hotel and Man Friday in Kinsale. He currently lives in Carrigaline.
