That’s our aim, our passion in the making of every batch of O' Flynns Gourmet Sausages. Our Sausages are Handcrafted in small batches,which allows us strict attention to detail and are made to exact recipes using only the best of local Irish Pork, Beef Lamb and Chicken,fresh vegetables,fruits herbs and only wholesome ingredients to create proper sausages properly made with a truly exceptional taste.
With over 30 varieties to choose from, we specialise in Traditional,Continental and Speciality sausages.
The Cork Boi Sausage(Great Taste Gold 2009) bringing the best of what's local in Cork is made with Local Pork, Beef, Cork's famous Murphy's Stout and fresh onions & thyme from the English Market, great with mas & onion gravy, The Blackwater sausage created with Paul Flynn, chef of the Tannery restaurant in Waterford, is a coarse pork sausage with our own black pudding and grated apple sourced from the many orchards along the Blackwater river. Our Italian Sausasge(Great Taste gold 2008) , pork sausage with fennel garlic and Italian herbs, Wheat Free and great with pasta!South African Boerewors,French Toulouse,Polish Kielbasa& lamb Merquez, are just a taste of our selection to name but a few.
Our Sausages are available at our sausage shop in Cork's Famous English Market where you can also pick up our traditionally cured bacon Black&White pudding ,Italian meatballs, Gourmet burgers and Corks Delicacy Tripe& Drisheen (available at the Chicken Inn just next to us) or just have one of our sausages cooked for you, in our gourmet sausage sandwich.
