Our family run organic farm is situated three miles from the thriving town of Midleton, Co Cork. It has been fully organic since 1999. All of our produce is sold at the Farmers' Market in Midleton on Saturday mornings and Mahon Point on Thursday mornings.

Our farm is completely free from pesticides, insecticides and artificial fertilizer. None of these are permitted to go on the land. Our farm is certified with IOFGA, the biggest organic certification body in Ireland.

The Markets have been of huge benefit to local producers, including ourselves. We have been selling our produce at both of these markets since their inception and have acquired loyal customer support. The feedback from our customers has helped us to change and adapt to their needs and allows us the opportunity to get to know the people who eat our produce every day. This has been and continues to be a great source of satisfaction.

Our Hubbard chickens are a slow growing bird, reared on grass and organic grain grown on our farm. They have the freedom to roam and pick up any insects that they find. They enjoy rain and sunshine everyday, and are provided with shelter and protection from the ever cunning foxes.

Our Aberdeen Angus herd are grass fed. All of our beef, which is sold at the Markets, is born and reared on our farm. It is matured for three weeks and butchered by a craft butcher, here in Midleton.

For Christmas, we produce bronze organic turkeys, which are slow maturing birds with great flavour and texture.
